Household Form 2024

To make sure that the Register of Electors is accurate, your Household Form lists the names of the residents that are currently registered to vote at your address.

Using this online response service, you can; confirm that the details on your form are correct or inform us that there are changes to the people residing at your property that are eligible to vote.

We will use the information that you provide to:

• invite new residents to register to vote
• remove electors from your household if they are no longer living there
• update an elector's voting method if requested (e.g. you can request a postal vote or proxy vote application form)

If anyone in your household is not included on your Household Form they will need to individually register to vote. The quickest way to do this is online at www.gov.uk/register-to-vote. Registering to vote only takes 5 minutes and applicants will need to provide their National Insurance number and their date of birth.

Remember, providing a new name (that is not already printed on the Household Form) does not register that person to vote - they must still individually register to vote.
