This Household Form lists the people currently registered to vote at the address. We need to ensure that the Register of Electors is accurate and up to date each year.

Using this online response service you can:

• Confirm the details on the form are correct
• Tell us about any changes to the people living at this property who are eligible to vote

We will use the information you provide to:

• Invite new residents to vote
• Remove electors who are no longer at this address
• Send a postal vote or proxy vote application form if requested (please provide an email address)

Only one response per household is required to update the current details. 

Important

If someone lives at the address is not listed they will need to register to vote individually.

The quickest way to do this is online at www.gov.uk/register-to-vote. Applicants will need to provide:

• Their National Insurance Number
• Their date of birth

Please note that adding a new name to this Household Form does not register that person to vote. They must still complete an individual voter registration application.
