This website is written and maintained by Democracy Counts Limited. The main purpose is to record a response to the household enquiry form.

We analyse information gathered from our website in order to make our site as accessible as possible. We will never use the data we collect for any other purpose unless you explicitly give your permission. We will never use your information for marketing purposes.

We secure our website using a username and password and collect details of the IP address of the computer you are using in order to detect and prevent fraud, together with the date and time you visit the website.

We will only use the information you give us for electoral purposes.  We will look after personal information securely and we will follow the data protection legislation.  We will not give personal information about you or any personal information you may provide on other people to anyone else or another organisation unless we have to by law.  The lawful basis to collect the information in this form is that it is necessary for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest and exercise of official authority as vested in Electoral Registration Officer as set out in Representation of the People Act 1983 and associated regulations.
